Price List
Gecko Hideaway is booked as an entire property for up to 6 guests (more can be accomodated if needed). Although there is no minimum booking period, there is a fixed weekly rate. This helps keep operating costs down and the fixed weekly rate reduces for each week of your stay.
So the longer you stay, the better value you get!
All prices are in Australian Dollars
Conditions
Reservations should be made at least 1 week in advance, for a maximum of 4 weeks. (unless specially agreed).
Full payment is required to secure your booking and is generally non-refundable.
Changes to booking dates will be accommodated where possible.
Cancellations within 1 week of arrival will incur a $100 fee.
If you break something, please let us know and replace it or pay for it.
Discounts! Shhh, pass it on…
There are always discounts available. We don’t use commercial booking platforms, which helps keep costs down, but we do rely on personal recommendations and referrals. As an extra incentive to get the word out there, here are a few offers to get things going…
Hello Gecko: Join the mailing list to unlock a generous discount for your first booking. Other discounts and last minute deals will be offered through the mailing list during the year.
Ponzi Gecko: This is no Ponzi scheme, but big discounts are available if your recommendations result in two new bookings (make sure your contacts list you as a referee when they book).
